As Rumi wrote, "This is a human being, we make a new arrival as a guest house everyday." How emotions may happen may be. We can not control the fluctuation of vibrant nature, the flow of emotions and thoughts. But what we can do is to work in our minds by accepting and opening up the nature and body to make it so powerful and spacious as to welcome all sorts of interesting thoughts and senses . Diligent practice of yoga helps you to develop stability, confidence and security to cope with unexpected things.
How do you lay the foundation for stable exercise? The New Year is not our only clue: each new breath is a refreshing opportunity.
Beginnings are exciting as they help us find a strange feel like a child. Initially you may feel a deep feeling of motivation and energy that will help you take the first step but may eventually get bored if the routine is not properly addressed in the end. To fully achieve your goal, two factors are indispensable: diligence and energy sticking to it.
In daily exercises, physical work becomes the second nature, the mind will gain the ability to concentrate, trust and release. By repeating one routine, body strength and flexibility will change. That trick is to work consistently without expectation of what you may achieve. Carefully recognize and invite all emotions without discrimination. Just observe and accept.
I recommend you to practice the sequence under the everyday for 28 days. Please set the start date, write it down, search the end date and enclose it in the calendar, or after practicing draw close attention to you around you. Please make your finger touch the pen and the paper. Please make a little effort to reconnect to the basics. Please inform each feeling, the change of your body, the day of the week according to the situation. Just do not judge, just listen. Finally, please do not talk much.
